ERPs I've built
-
Internal ERP
For a large forestry exporter: bank reconciliation, checks against the SII's purchase and sales register (RCV) and cost centers assigned by a local model. In three months, its administrative team went from twelve people to four.
-
Operations ERP
For a timber exporter, on Frappe Framework: purchase orders with approval, imported bank statements and SII records, supplier payments and export case files. Tested against 1,356 rows of the company's SII records.
How a project runs
-
Meet.
A first meeting to learn how the company works and what it wants to solve.
-
Assess.
I assess what the company needs and deliver a plan with a quote for the project. This stage has a fixed price.
-
Deliver.
A first working version, usually within a week.
-
Extend.
From there we refine and extend it to what the company needs. When it calls for more customization, I work closely with its team.
-
Support.
Three months of assistance after delivery: minor fixes, adjustments and refinements. After that, the company can take a monthly maintenance plan, with support and updates.
The final price depends on the project's scope, complexity and customization.
What it can cover
Bank reconciliation of imported statements, checks against the SII's purchase and sales register (RCV), purchase orders with approval, supplier payments, cost centers, export case files, and AI where it saves work, such as classifying expenses.
What I don't take on
Payroll, and projects that go through Chile's labor authority (the Dirección del Trabajo), which involve complex procedures and many permits.
